Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable beauty products and services. Responsibilities include assisting clients with product testing and selection, maintaining merchandise displays and store cleanliness, and ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing. The Seasonal Sales Associate supports sales goals by processing transactions accurately, handling returns, and promoting current campaigns, events, and loyalty programs. The role also involves learning about brands, ingredients, and trends, following store policies and safety guidelines, and collaborating with teammates to create a positive, inclusive shopping experience. Qualifications Client service and sales skills, including active listening, personalized recommendations, and comfort engaging with diverse clients in a fast-paced retail environment. Communication and teamwork skills, such as clear verbal communication, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with store colleagues and leadership. Organization and operational skills, including attention to detail, reliability in cash handling and transaction processing, and ability to maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Adaptability and learning mindset, with willingness to quickly absorb product knowledge, beauty trends, and new procedures, and to respond constructively to feedback. Basic technical skills, including use of POS systems, mobile devices, and digital tools needed for client service and store operations. Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; familiarity or genuine interest in beauty products and trends is highly beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise as needed, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
