Our client is seeking a UAT Test Lead to coordinate and drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing UAT activities, including developing and maintaining UAT plans, schedules, and test scenarios to validate business requirements and confirm readiness for production.


Work Location: Remote (must be currently located in the United States)
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience as a UAT Test consultant supporting retail technology initiatives, including Omni-Channel, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with demonstrated UAT leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications
* Prior experience leading UAT and coordinating test teams and stakeholders.
* Retail domain experience (Omni-Channel, OMS, and/or WMS, POS,
eCOMMERCE).
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to report status and
escalate risks/issues to Business and IT leadership.
