Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacist/Manager
Seeking a full time pharmacist/manager that will dispense medications based on providers' orders, support clinics and provide exceptional patient care by successfully operating the assigned pharmacy location.
Details of education and skills:
Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
Consultant pharmacist license a plus.
Current, active Florida license with no prior licensing infractions in other states.
4 to 5 years of experience with 3 years of management or supervisory experience (FQHC or retail experience preferred).
Knowledge of Athena or Rx30 software a plus.
Ability to demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and team focus and ability to motivate others.
Ability (or willingness to learn) to build cohesive & collaborative teams.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
A positive can-do attitude.
Special requirements and skills:
Current CPR.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
