Clinical Social Worker - Healthcare

The University of Cincinnati seeks a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide advanced clinical social work services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LISW will conduct psychosocial assessments, deliver individual and family counseling, coordinate discharge planning, and connect patients with community resources. Working in UC’s inclusive, collaborative environment, this role partners with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address social determinants of health, support complex care needs, and enhance patient outcomes. The position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
