Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through the licensure process and helping them develop essential therapeutic skills.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care and resource sharing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs, regularly assessing their progress.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, including treatment notes and client progress reports.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid state license (such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) that permits the provision of therapy services.

• Professional liability insurance to protect yourself in your practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
