Your earnings are directly tied to your productivity and client demand. We reward performance weekly, so the more you build your book and connect with clients, the more you take home.Our Shop Leaders in Denver typically earn $50,000-$125,000+ per year, including average monthly bonus potential of $1,000-$1,500. This depends on hours worked, client volume, and productivity behind the chair. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, so flexibility is key. You'll manage daily operations, coach your barbers and stylists, oversee inventory and financials, and collaborate with district leaders to keep everything running smoothly.
