Tax Coordinator

Job Title: Tax Coordinator Reports To: Tax Director FLSA Status: Non Exempt Department: Business Management Your Role: The Tax team in Encino is hiring the next Tax Coordinator to join our client's dynamic group of tax professionals. The ideal candidate is a confident and professional communicator, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. You are interpersonal and believe in developing and maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues; all while performing the following duties: What will you do? Assemble and file tax returns, forms, and related tax payments. Process tax organizers and roll over annual CCH Axcess tax returns. Distribute department client mail. Work overtime hours as needed. Monitor department due dates. Maintain department WIPs. Executive Assistant to Tax Partner/Senior Tax Management Process client onboarding and exits. Coordinate tax season meals. Track miscellaneous deadlines. Coordinate client signature requests with other departments. Process POAs. Request IRS and State transcripts. Other related duties as assigned. What Do you Need to Succeed: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Self-motivated with excellent organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills a must Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well with a team and pitch in when needed Many of our job openings can be viewed at Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Consultative Search Group
