Membrane atg8ylation in canonical and noncanonical autophagy– postdoctoral position
Postdoctoral position available in Vojo Deretic’s group at the NIH-funded AIM center ( Dr. Deretic’s group is working on membrane atg8ylation including autophagy and its other manifestations in fundamental and disease contexts. The position is to work on different forms of membrane atg8ylation and help advance this new and rapidly developing field. The studies will include proteomics, cell biology, biochemistry, structural modeling, in vitro, in cellulo and in vivo models.
