The RN Surgery Center Director will oversee a dynamic Surgery Center, OR, and Operating Room environment with a multi-specialty case mix and access to advanced systems and equipment . Key responsibilities include nursing operations, staffing, employee development, quality improvement, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, budgeting, performance monitoring, and patient safety.
