What you will have an opportunity to do: The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up‑keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa. In addition, the Spa Attendant will greet, orient guests to the amenities in the locker room and escort them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments. The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service. Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning the POS system is required. Ensure prompt response and follow up to guests’ needs Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards What are we looking for? Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification preferred Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality Someone with a strong attention to detail Someone who can work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Someone with excellent communication skills Someone who can frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
