Job Description
The job involves gathering and reviewing documents and financial data for residential and commercial real estate closings, including purchase agreements, title commitments and other legal documents, generating settlement statements, and collecting and disbursing funds. There is daily customer contact with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, buyers and sellers. The job requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment. Experience in a title agency escrow department is preferred. Expert training will be provided to ensure a smooth introduction to our software, procedures and workflow.
