HR Business Partner
Location: Burlington, WA Pay Range: $92,000 - 97,000
Are you a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex employee issues, and driving talent strategies that support business success? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through recruitment, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR program administration while helping shape a positive and productive workplace culture.
What is the Job:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner with managers to support employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to recommend process improvements and retention strategies
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and interview guides.
- Support policy administration and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
- Assist with leave administration, investigations, employee communications, and training initiatives.
- Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and support organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development efforts.
- Support compensation projects, budgeting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
What is Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of broad Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR programs.
- Knowledge of employment laws, workplace investigations, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Experience utilizing an HRIS; Oracle ATS experience is a plus.
