Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide essential therapy services to patients who have undergone surgery, suffered injuries, are recovering from serious illnesses, or are managing chronic conditions. Our dedicated rehabilitation team employs a multidisciplinary approach, integrating exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (40-hour guarantee)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients as guided by physician prescriptions.
• Develop and implement specific plans of care to facilitate recovery and restore function.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with patients, focusing primarily on inpatient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience is required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA is necessary.
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
