Sr. Associate, US Logistics Asset Management, Real Estate

Responsibilities Act as a key partner in the operation and management of regional industrial assets. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive properties, and potential leasing opportunities. Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants. Oversee third‑party leasing teams, property management, vendor contracts, and vendor relationships. Lead new and ongoing lease negotiations within the portfolio, coordinating with leasing teams, in‑house counsel, and third‑party legal teams. Assist in administration of capital expenditures and collaborate with the VP of Construction Management on construction oversight. Support the post‑acquisition budget process, annual budget planning, reforecasting, and strategic planning for the regional industrial portfolio. Assist with due diligence during acquisitions: tenant interviews, tenant estoppels, underwriting assumptions, and environmental and engineering reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting on the portfolio. Assist with tenant move‑in, move‑out, and make‑ready activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in asset management; leasing experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in budgeting, including Yardi and Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage transactional details and internal/external relationships. Domestic travel required. Base salary range: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00, with potential discretionary performance‑based bonus.
