- Manage after-sales service operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead the spare parts department including inventory management, procurement, and distribution
- Develop and implement service KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in response times and service quality
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
- Maintain compliance with service standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and parts personnel
- Drive cost-effective practices in both service and parts departments
- Support reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives related to service and parts
- Proven experience in service management and spare parts operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, vendor relations, and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive performance in a team environment
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with service-related systems and tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (technical degree or certifications a plus)
