Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) * Sign On Bonus $ 2000 * 

Position Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nursing ( LPN ), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes. 

Available Schedules:

7am to 7pm (Full Time)

7pm to 7am (Full or Part Time)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year experience in long term care preferred.
