To learn more, visit Role Description We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a full-time role based on-site in Boston, MA. The CTO will devise and execute technology strategies, ensure smooth IT operations, drive software development initiatives, and oversee the design and architecture of cutting‑edge food innovation systems and tools. This role involves managing projects, leading technology-focused teams, and collaborating cross‑functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders to advance product development efforts. Qualifications Expertise in Software Development, including coding, automation, and scalability Strong Project Management abilities to lead cross-disciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with experience implementing innovative, sustainable, and scalable technology solutions In-depth knowledge of Product Development processes in technology and manufacturing-oriented projects Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills Leadership experience in fast-growing or startup environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams Knowledge of emerging technology in manufacturing and sustainable food innovation is a plus Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
