Mercantile Hall is a beautiful wedding and event venue located in Burlington, Wisconsin. We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead tours, schedule events, and guide couples into their planning journeys smoothly. The Details: Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Variable schedule Work Location: Mercantile Hall What do you have to do? Give engaging, thoughtful venue tours that help bring couples’ wedding visions to life in real time Own your performance by hitting weekly tour and booking goals Consistently convert tours into bookings by building trust and providing wedding industry insights Maintain relentless, service-motivated follow-up through calls, texts, and email Respond to couples’ inquiries, concerns, and feedback with urgency and care Proactively seek and strengthen relationships with local businesses to grow corporate event bookings Be fanatical about a team culture where we support each other and celebrate shared success This Schedule is Perfect for you if: You would love to work Sunday through Thursday each week and enjoy having Fridays and Saturdays off You enjoy a full, productive workload and take pride in how you manage your time You love working evenings and thrive in a schedule that aligns with the availability of our couples You’re comfortable leading evening tours two nights per week and on Sundays The Pay: Compensation: $50,000 base, plus up to $25,000 in performance-based bonuses Benefits: 401(k) matching up to 5% Health, dental, and vision insurance Unique benefits package Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Employee referral program Why should you choose Mercantile Hall?
