Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary & Acute Care (Hybrid) | Contract Location: Nevada (NV) Schedule: Rotating 4×10s + Weekend Coverage Setting: Hybrid Ambulatory & Occupational Health Overview This contract role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) seeking to provide both primary and acute care in a hybrid clinical setting. The position requires strong clinical skills across all age groups, familiarity with EPIC EMR, and the ability to work rotating 10‑hour shifts. Weekend coverage is included, offering a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following EPIC modules: Epic ClinDoc EpicCare Inpatient Epic Inpatient Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Nevada (NV) Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C) – Nevada (NV) ANY of the following valid Basic Life Support certifications: American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Key Responsibilities Provide primary care and acute care services to patients of all ages Deliver care in a hybrid setting , including ambulatory and occupational health Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation, charting, and care coordination Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and clinical practice standards Schedule & Shift Details 4×10 rotating schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Weekend coverage: Two scheduled weekends per month Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Purposelink Recruitment
