This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department! Some Essential Job Functions: Document resident status as per policy. Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned. Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance. Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department. Qualifications - External EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Minimum one year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
