What We Need:

• License: Active Texas Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Experience: 2+ years behind the chair in a high-volume shop.
• Clipper Mastery: Flawless skin fades, tapers, and crisp lineups.
• Shear Proficiency: Strong scissor work (scissor-over-comb and texturizing).
• Speed & Style: Up to date on modern trends; able to complete a quality cut in 45 minutes.
• Interview: Must provide an Instagram/portfolio and complete a live model practical.
