Handle small to middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and workflows. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications / Requirements Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those from captive agencies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
