The role includes tracking program progress, analyzing performance, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Understanding program scope as defined by product and business needs, participating in planning and aligning with milestonesCollaborating with senior staff to secure cross-functional team participation for program executionMaintaining program plans and records, ensuring alignment with program strategy and objectivesAssisting in scheduling work required for program scope, including managing critical path tasks with guidance from senior staffReviewing program plans for strategic alignment, communicating status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectivelyDriving the development of program goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholder and delivery teamsIdentifying and analyzing program risks with senior staff, tracking program schedule and managing task detailsDocumenting major plan changes, ensuring milestones are met, and keeping stakeholders informed of progressConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
