Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Quorum.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Surgical technologists prepare the operating room, including the sterile field, and set up surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. - During surgery, they pass instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon; prepare and manage surgical equipment; manage the sterile field and specimens; and perform counts of sponges and supplies to prevent retained foreign objects.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday. - Up to 15 days on-call.

10 days maximum time off

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
