We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is 3 days a week, Mon - Wed . The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is essential in supporting the dentist during procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in both clinical and administrative support, helping maintain an efficient workflow while providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities * Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are fully stocked and ready for patients * Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control and OSHA/CDC compliance * Take and develop digital X-rays as permitted by state regulations * Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout the visit * Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans * Update and maintain accurate patient records and charting * Support scheduling, patient flow, and communication with the front office team * Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Qualifications * Dental Assistant certification or licensure as required by state regulations * Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred * Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments * Experience with digital X-rays and dental software systems preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Preferred Skills * Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software * General restorative and hygiene assisting experience * Strong patient care and customer service skills Apply today to join a patient-focused, professional team where your experience and expertise will be valued.
