Quick Facts Location: Monroe, WI Start Date: 11/19/2026 End Date: 08/26/2027 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour call shifts) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on shift schedule Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Medical License for Wisconsin, Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred Experience: Prior pediatric practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1,419.60 per shift (equivalent to an hourly rate based on scheduled hours) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide pediatric care during assigned shifts, including emergency response and routine assessments Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care Document patient information accurately and promptly Participate in on-call duties and after-hours patient management Follow facility protocols and adhere to all safety standards Assist in emergency situations and provide consultation as needed What You Need Valid Medical License in Wisconsin Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics (preferred) At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience (preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage acute pediatric cases effectively About the Assignment This role is based at a trusted healthcare facility in Monroe, offering a supportive environment for pediatric care providers.
