Retail Stocking Team Supervisor - Full-Time

Ensure back‑of‑house cleanliness, set‑up and organization meet standards. Reinforce asset‑protection strategies to eliminate shortages. Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines. Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration. Ensure associate compliance with company policies and standards. Direct associates and workloads. Accountable for team productivity results and merchandise protection. Coach associates on the spot and recognize their achievements. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates. Participate in weekly workload‑planning meetings. Drive community‑relations participation through company programs and partnerships. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Requirements At least one year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lb or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods. Compensation: $19–$21 per hour.
