Quick Facts Location: Sullivan, MO 63080 Start Date: Flexible, upon approval End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, shared call schedule Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Direct Hire Licenses/Certifications: Missouri Medical License, Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN Experience: Preferred 2+ years, new graduates considered Pay & Benefits Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, guaranteed for 2 years Additional Incentives: Productivity bonuses, signing bonus of $75,000, and $125,000 student loan assistance over 6 years Stipends: $2,000/month residency/fellowship stipend for recent grads Visa Sponsorship: J1 and DRA visas available for international candidates Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, pension/403(b), fully covered malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME allowance, paid days off, relocation assistance Schedule: Flexible, supportive shared call designed for work-life balance What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings Manage a diverse patient panel, including prenatal, deliveries, postnatal, gynecological surgeries, and preventive care Conduct hospital rounds or coordinate with hospitalist team to ensure continuity of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists from St. Louis Childrens Hospital Utilize advanced surgical and diagnostic technology, including robotic-assisted surgery and ultrasound procedures Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives, community outreach, and professional development opportunities What You Need Required: Valid Missouri Medical License Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience Experience with robotic surgery or advanced gynecological procedures About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Sullivan, Missouri, providing comprehensive healthcare services in a rural, community-focused environment.
