Learning Design Lead — Build Scalable Onboarding & Assessments

Encord is seeking a Learning Design Lead to build the instructional backbone of our annotator hiring and onboarding pipeline. You will design training modules so annotators learn tasks quickly and create rigorous screening to select the right candidates for production work. You will define grading criteria, calibrate item difficulty, and use production data to continuously improve content, aiming to automate the end-to-end hiring workflow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Encord
