Position Details Our ideal Direct Support Professional will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer’s lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. You will spend your day in a variety of settings creating memories with our individuals, following Individual Support Plans and helping them with social and communication skills. Responsibilities include: assisting with daily hygiene and personal care, fostering independence through tasks such as housekeeping and laundry, and providing a supportive environment in parks and sensory gardens. Schedule Thursday 11:00 pm – 9:00 am; Friday 11:00 pm – 9:00 am; Saturday 11:00 pm – 9:00 am. Compensation Earn up to $18.25 per hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option. Shift differential: $1.50 per hour. Requirements At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
