We empower employees with curated development plans that foster growth and promote rewarding, fulfilling careers.Join HCSC and be part of a purpose-driven company that will invest in your professional development.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading the execution of Information Security governance, risk, and compliance programs; developing and maintaining the compliance framework; supporting compliance and attestation activities; oversight of security policy management, exceptions, subsidiary risk, and third-party risk management; facilitating the identification, reporting, management, and remediation of security risks; maintaining effective risk tracking and reporting processes; and identifying and recommending improvements to the organization’s security risk management controls.Required Job Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 10 years in Information Technology / Information Security or 14 years of experience Information Technology, Information Security, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.4-5 years in Management or Leadership experience.Knowledge of project managementInformation Technology and security risk managementKnowledge of regulatory and compliance standards and practicesUnderstanding of information security principles and control frameworksUnderstanding of business priorities and technology capabilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExperience with security standards, regulatory compliance tools, and platformsKnowledge of emerging technologies and associated risk implicationsSystem and technology integration conceptsIT standards, procedures, and policiesApplied governance and risk program executionAbility to influence stakeholders and execute within complex organizationsLeadership—effectively leads teams and collaborates across functionsAdaptability and ability to manage changeRelationship management and conflict resolution skillsSupport budget planning and resource allocation for GRC initiativesContribute to business cases supporting GRC investmentsProvide input to investment and prioritization decisionsPreferred Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fieldExperience supporting subsidiary governance and/or third‑party risk programs preferredAre you being referred to one of our roles?
