Collins Aerospace is looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Program Specialist to join the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, which is a shared service organization for Operations. This individual will support our Mission Critical Products – Eject Seating portfolio in Colorado Springs, CO. The New Product Introduction team (NPI) works cross-functionally with Program, Engineering and Operations teams to achieve successful design and production while delivering exceptional quality standards. The NPI team is comprised of Operations Program Managers (OPM) and Manufacturing Production Specialists (MPS), which both work closely together to guide design and production over the entire lifecycle of the product to ensure product maturity milestones are established and achieved. The MPS will often act alongside the OPM in projects of significant size and scope and act autonomously in projects of smaller size and scope, while supporting a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of organization and strong communication skills. This role will be performed ONSITE in our Collins Aerospace location in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is NOT eligible for relocation. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
