Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license
• CPR certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
