Job Summary As a Restaurant Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests during breakfast hours in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Knowledge of breakfast food and beverage menus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and adept at multitasking Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner during breakfast hours Accurately take guests' breakfast orders and serve food and beverages following service standards Check on guests during breakfast service to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns Process guest payments accurately and maintain a tidy work area specific to breakfast service Additional Requirements Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Physical capability to lift and transport trays of food and drinks during breakfast service Certification in responsible alcohol service, where applicable Willingness to comply with the dress code and grooming standards in a professional restaurant environment, tailored to breakfast service.
