Schedule: 10-bed rapid admission unit. Patient ratio 5:1. Unit serves as admission hub for general medical patients and pre-surgical patients with faster turnover than traditional medical-surgical units.

Requirements:

• Current RN license verified through Nursys
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
• Strong communication and independent clinical decision-making skills
• Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Current references and completed skills checklist
