Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Title Manage customer account portfolios and aging reports Perform business-to-business collections on past due balances Resolve invoice discrepancies, short pays, pricing issues, and billing disputes Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Review and release orders from a credit standpoint Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues Assist with month-end AR reconciliations and reporting Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, and Collections experience Experience in industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, construction supply, manufacturing, or similar B2B environment Comfortable managing high-volume customer accounts and open receivables Experience working directly with contractors, project managers, purchasing teams, and AP departments Experience with ERP systems such as Eclipse, Prophet 21, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar distribution/manufacturing platforms Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
