What You'll Do As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. Your responsibilities include: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. Check clients in and out efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the salon schedule. Recommend and sell retail products. Help the team achieve daily and weekly sales goals. Support hairstylists to keep the salon running smoothly. Maintain accurate client records. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and kindness. Keep the salon organized, welcoming, and fun. Jump in wherever needed to support the team and create an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in showing up prepared for every shift. Understands that reliability is essential because the entire team depends on one another. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people of all ages. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with confidence. Is proactive and notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. Has strong customer service and sales skills. Communicates professionally in person, over the phone, and through email. Enjoys working toward team goals and celebrating wins together. Is coachable, eager to learn, and willing to grow. Preferred Experience Customer service (3+ years preferred) Retail or service sales experience Appointment scheduling Salon experience preferred, but not required Experience with Salon Ultimate is a plus Schedule Part-time Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling 4-8 hour shifts Pay $13.00-$15.00 per hour , based on experience. Location This is an in-person position at our Round Rock, TX salon. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute are required.
