Full Benefits at Part Time Hours: Employees working 24 hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll Do Prepare, operate, monitor, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment according to established standards. Assist with maintaining adequate levels of supplies and ensuring equipment readiness. Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments, assess and respond to machine alarms, and report concerns to the RN. Discontinue dialysis treatments, remove needles, and provide appropriate post-treatment access care. Obtain and document patient vital signs, weights, and treatment information. Assist with access preparation, patient transfers, and other aspects of direct patient care. Collaborate with the dialysis team to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Support quality improvement and infection prevention practices within the dialysis unit.What You'll Bring Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid Nebraska driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
