Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Pickleball Coach to lead engaging lessons, clinics, and training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, professional, and passionate about helping players improve their skills while having fun.

Responsibilities:

Conduct private and group pickleball lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.
Teach fundamentals including serving, returning, dinking, volleys, drives, positioning, and strategy.
Develop age- and skill-appropriate training programs.
Organize clinics, camps, drills, and recreational sessions.
Provide constructive feedback and track player development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence.
Assist with pickleball events, tournaments, and community programs as needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure courts are properly prepared for sessions.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and playing ability in pickleball.
Previous coaching or teaching experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with players of different ages and skill levels.
Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional.
Pickleball coaching certification is preferred but not always required.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Schedule:

Flexible; may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on program needs.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience, certifications, and coaching responsibilities.

Someone who loves pickleball, enjoys working with people, and can create fun, structured, and productive training sessions that keep players motivated and coming back.
