What You Will Do

• Assess new residents and develop care plans. Update therapy plans based on their recovery, safety needs, and goals.
• Work with residents on daily living skills like dressing, bathing, grooming, and eating so they can be as independent as possible.
• Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.

What We Are Looking For

• Active and clear OT license in the State of Florida
• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
