These may be done through issuance of purchase orders or credit card purchases. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Act as Liaison with Sales Department, responding to questions and requests Maintain purchasing in-box daily. Respond to vendor requests and inquiries Forward request or information to additional party if needed Forward invoices to AP Process purchase requests that show up via e-mail that are not related to manufactured items. This includes supplies, I/T, Amazon, etc. Assist with Warranty returns. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to multi-task as needed. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
