Position Overview The Sr. CLS performs diagnostic laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and instrument maintenance while ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations. Responsibilities Perform hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank testing Maintain lab instrumentation and quality control logs Analyze and validate laboratory results Assist with troubleshooting and calibration Adhere to regulatory compliance standards Qualifications Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license 2+ years hospital laboratory experience Experience in high-complexity testing required #J-18808-Ljbffr
