Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state license or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal strengths
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
• Approval from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific needs
• Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting student speech and language goals
• Diligently document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to support coordinated and holistic care
• Involve and educate families, empowering them to support their child’s therapy goals
