Competitive RN Compensation & Benefits Top Pay: $45 - $50/hour for home care admissions and re-evaluations Schedule: PRN, fully flexible—choose your assignments and control your workweek Benefits: Holiday pay, dental/vision, & 401(k) match Career Growth: Online training, CEUs, business development coaching, and tuition discounts Home Care RN Role: Key Responsibilities Lead home care admissions and create care plans Conduct in-home supervisory visits and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Perform in-home clinical assessments and documentation Carry out physician orders and administer medication Communicate with compassion Must-Have Qualifications Active RN license in Maryland Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Home Care, Home Healthcare, or equivalent admission/evaluation experience Current CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws Familiarity with Maryland's COMAR Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
