Key Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a fun, energetic customer service team to create loyal, raving fans
- Build a culture of hospitality by casting a clear vision and setting high performance expectations
- Coach and develop team members with constructive feedback and necessary resources
- Manage daily restaurant operations including shift leadership, cost control, and finances
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and suggestive selling techniques
- Participate actively in leadership team meetings to analyze data and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements

- Passion for developing young talent and leading by example
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented with a strong drive for excellence and personal growth
- Ability to work mid-shifts, evenings, and 3-4 Saturdays per month
- Calm, consistent, and hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs regularly
