Your Responsibilities as an ISR

As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Encourage and sell customers on their auto glass replacements.
• Build a sales program and sales team
• Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
• Enters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
• Sets appointments for work in order to promptly close the sale.
• Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended question to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
• Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
• Collect payment from customers for the work performed.
• Maintain a clean lobby/workspace and break room
• Assist with rock chip repairs

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:

• One year or more of sales experience
• One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

This Job Is NOT For You If . . .

• You say things in your head like “A broken window – what’s the big deal?” To our customers, when glass breaks, it’s an emergency and safety issue. We take it as seriously as they do.
• You think working Monday mornings is optional. But our customers depend on us to show up as scheduled. Calling off work at the last minute impacts not just the customer but the whole team.
• Looking to get off early, or end the day coasting.
• Being okay with taking your foot off the gas

The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000, depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
