Field Medical Case Manager (RN/CRC) | Return-to-Work Leader

ForzaCare is seeking a Field Medical Case Manager to help injured workers navigate recovery and return-to-work. You will coordinate care among medical providers, employers, and insurers, attending appointments as needed and developing personalized recovery plans. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or CRCs; prior workers' compensation experience is strongly preferred.
