Recruitment Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-performing, fast-paced recruiting team within a cutting-edge aerospace environment. Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ months professional experience (recruiting, HR, sales, marketing, or related; internships count)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
• High sense of urgency, grit, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week and flexible hours (overtime expected)

Plusses:

• Previous Recruiting Coordinator experience
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Exposure to HR processes and employment practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Experience in fast-paced, startup, or high-ownership environments

Day-to-Day:

• Schedule and coordinate high-volume onsite interviews across teams
• Manage candidate travel logistics and arrangements
• Host candidates onsite and ensure a seamless interview experience
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring workflows
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates
• Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to recruiting team
