Assistant Director of Admission – University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA. Responsibilities Represent University of Puget Sound to prospective undergraduate first‑year and transfer students. Apply admission standards, policies, and regulations to credentials to determine admissibility. Coordinate recruitment activities and events for prospective students. Collaborate with admissions team and other campus departments to promote diversity and equity in enrollment. Maintain accurate records and documentation for admitted students. Provide outreach and support to candidates during the application and admission process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years of admission or enrollment management experience in higher education. Strong public speaking, written communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Commitment to celebrating diversity and inclusion. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $25.00–$26.00 per hour, based on education, experience, internal equity, and market considerations.
