NIGHT SHIFT CHERRY PICKER

Cherry Picker Operators for Temp to Hire Positions in  Chambersburg, PA!! This is for our Back Half Nights Positions (Wed 12am-16am & Thur-Sat 6pm-6am) Operators keep inventory moving safely and efficiently across inbound and outbound operations. This temp-to-hire position offers a clear path to full-time employment and future leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Operate Equipment: Safely drive stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers, and powered industrial vehicles. Move & Load Inventory: Move carts to designated aisles, stage outbound freight, and load/unload trailers (maintaining ~10 cartons/minute). Scan & Verify: Scan product to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with case sorting. Maintain Safety: Perform pre-shift equipment checks, follow safety and 5S standards, and report hazards. Cross-Train: Support multiple facility departments as volume demands. Qualifications Prior forklift or MHE experience preferred (on-site certification training provided). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average case weight: 20–30 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods. Attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety. High school diploma or GED preferred. Training is Available (English/Spanish/Creole) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
